Charging Policy
Credit Cards are NOT PROCESSED ONLINE. Your credit card details are immediately forwarded to our server through special secure encryption. We manually process the invoiced amount when ready to dispatch.

Refund Policy
We accept return of any unopened goods up to 1 month from date of invoice, providing shipping costs to and from the customer are borne by the customer. After receipt of returned goods, a refund will be issued on original credit card provided and record of credit will be notified to customer by Email or Post. All other returns need to be applied for in writing.

Privacy Policy
We value our privacy as well as yours!

• We DO NOT exchange ANY details about our customers with any other persons or organisations. 
• We may contact you regarding details of your order. We will always identify ourselves as a member of the  OxyMin® team and quote an order number where applicable. 
• We are a Mail/Web business only and do not have a retail outlet for you to 'call in'. However we will always endeavour to respond to your orders and enquiries quickly and efficiently.
